HARI HARANADHA SARMA WRIT PETITION No.15153 of 2026 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed seeking an order, direction or Writ of Mandamus alleging that the Respondent Nos.3 and 4 are interfering into the civil rights, liberties and civil disputes between the parties despite pendency of the litigation before the competent Civil Courts and hence, the petitioner is constrained to invoke the jurisdiction of this Court to restrain the Respondent Nos.3 and 4 not to interfere with the civil disputes between the parties. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home takes notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3. In view of the proposed disposal of the Writ Petition, issuance of notice to un-official respondents is dispensed with. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the 5th respondent lodged a complaint to the police and, on such complaint, after examining the same, the dispute was found civil in nature. Accordingly, the 5th respondent advised to approach the competent Civil Court for appropriate remedy. The written instructions placed on record also disclose that the 5th respondent filed a civil suit in O.S.No.412 of 2020 against the sister of the petitioner before the I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Madanapalle. It is further submitted that the respondent-police have neither harassed the petitioner nor interfered in the civil disputes between the parties. 4 4. In view of the written instructions placed on record and the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home that the respondent-police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties, and recording the same, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required in the matter. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ____________________________ A.
