An application has been preferred by the petitioner herein, who is the informant in connection with Golmuri P.S. Case No. 12 of 2025. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the opposite party No. 2 herein field a bail application before this Court and initially, was granted bail for a submission that he was 60 years old. Subsequently, he filed a modification application for correction of the age of the petitioner. 3. In sum and substance, the opposite party No. 2 herein namely, Navdeep Singh @ Nawdeep Singh, as per the petitioner herein, has made a false statement in view of the fact that there is a direct allegation against him. 2026:JHHC:28554 2 4. Upon hearing of learned senior counsel, on 29.08.2025, notice was issued to respondent No. 02, the petitioner in Bail Application No. 4713 of 2025. 5. As per the service report, it appears that the opposite party No. 2 is not available at his place. This clearly goes to show that the opposite party No. 2/petitioner in B.A. No. 4713 of 2025 does not want to face this Court. 6. Accordingly, the bail granted to the petitioner Navdeep Singh @ Nawdeep Singh vide order dated 05.06.2025, in B.A. No. 4713 of 2025 further modified vide order dated 11.07.2025 passed in Cr.M.P. No. 1571 of 2025 is hereby modified to the extent that the bail granted to the petitioner of B.A. No. 4713 of 2025 is cancelled. 7. The learned Trial Court is directed to issue necessary warrant and the police is directed to proceed in accordance with law. 8. Accordingly, the instant application stands allowed.
