This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in not considering the appeal vide R.C.No.1346/G/2025, dated 30.10.2025 before the 3rd respondent. 4. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the written instructions of the 3rd respondent dated 25.02.2026, submits that the ROR appeal is pending for consideration and it will be disposed of by following the due procedure. 5. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the said appeal in R.C.No.1346/G/2025, dated 30.10.2025 strictly in accordance with law by hearing all the parties concerned, including the petitioner and the un-official respondent Nos.5 to 7, giving due opportunity and upon verification of the records, appropriate decision shall be taken as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four(04) months from the date of receipt of this order.
