1. The petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Criminal Misc. Case No.707 of 2026 arising out of G.R. Case No.2017 of 2026 corresponding to Bhaktinagar Police Station Case No.411 of 2026 dated 21.05.2026 under Section 103(1)/61(2)/324(4)/115(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 read with Section 75 of the Juvenile Justice Act.
2. On perusal of the materials available in CD, particularly the statement of the witnesses recorded under section 183 of BNSS, the post-mortem report etc, I do not find any of such convincing material to warrant petitioner's custodial detention for the purpose of investigation.
2 However, they should be cooperating with the Investigating Authority in every possible way.
3. The prayer of the petitioners for anticipatory bail is allowed with the following conditions.

It is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioners, the petitioners shall be granted bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jalpaiguri. The petitioner shall comply with the condition under Section 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023 and shall cooperate with the investigation in all possible way. He shall not intimidate witnesses in any manner and shall not tamper with the evidence of the case in any manner whatsoever.

6. C.R.M. (A) 447 of 2026 stands disposed of.
