The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 (earlier Section 438 Cr.P.C.), seeking grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.352 dated 24.11.2022, under Section 457, 380 and 411 of IPC, registered at Police Station City Ratia, District Fatehabad. 2. Complainant-Rajbir Singh, who runs a tractor agency, and he got registered a complaint regarding an incident on the intervening night of 23/24.11.2022. He stated that his tractor Johndeer of green colour, Model No.2020, RC No.22S-8789, which he had purchased from one Dinesh two months prior, was stolen by unknown person after breaking the lock of his agency. After registration of FIR on 24.11.2022, investigation was initiated. The tractor in question was subsequently recovered on 03.06.2024 from the possession of one Manjit Singh in Jalandhar. Upon his arrest, the said Manjit Singh made a disclosure statement alleging that the tractor had been sold to him by the present petitioner-Vishal Kumar.
