The petitioner is an accused in connection with Lalmatiya P.S. Case No. 94 of 2025. It has been alleged that some miscreants had entered into the Lalghatwa Damp side and opened fire and had also set ablaze a dozer. It appears that on the confession of the petitioner and another co- accused, two country made pistol and an empty cartridge were recovered from their possession. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that charge sheet has been submitted. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 29.12.2025. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Godda in connection with Lalmatiya P.S.
