By the present writ petition, the petitioners seek a direction to the respondent authorities to grant them the benefit of "Shram Samman Nidhi" in terms of the circular/guidelines dated 28.08.2023 issued by the Finance Department, Government of Chhattisgarh, and further seek a direction to the respondent authorities to consider and decide their pending representations. 2. At the outset, this Court raised a query to learned counsel for the petitioners as to whether the petitioners are employees of the State Government, to which she was unable to answer the said query. However, from perusal of the pleadings and the documents placed on record, it appears that the petitioners are employees of 4 the Chhattisgarh Mahila Aayog and do not appear to be Government servants. 3. Since the petitioners are not Government employees, they are not governed by the circular dated 28.08.2023 issued by the Finance Department, Government of Chhattisgarh relating to the grant of "Shram Samman Nidhi". Consequently, they cannot claim the benefit under the said circular as a matter of right. 4. In view of the above, this Court does not find any merit in the present writ petition warranting interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 5.
