1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today be kept with the records.
2. The petitioner is in custody for 72 days. It has been submitted that in view of the political rivalry, the incident took place.
3. Prayer has been made for grant of bail.
4. Learned APP and the learned counsel for the defacto complainant strongly oppose the prayer for bail.
5. It has been submitted that the victim was gang raped. There are very grave allegations against the petitioner. Victim had to be admitted in the hospital for obtaining medical treatment. Charge sheet has been submitted against the petitioner.

6. Upon hearing the submissions made on behalf of all the parties and on perusal of the records in the case diary, it appears that the prayer for bail, upon such grave allegation against the petitioner, cannot be allowed at this stage.
7. Under such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to allow the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
8. The application stands dismissed.
9. The case diary is returned.
10. Parties to act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
11. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
