2. Heard Mr.V.Sai Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Sandeep, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor.
3. The case of the prosecution in brief, is that, the complainant on 19.07.2025 at 2.00 hours lodged a report stating that she joined as a maid in the house of accused No.1 for monthly salary of Rs.15,000/- and after passing one month, the accused No.1 forced her to do prostitution and earn money and induced that she will give Rs.50,000/- per month. When she did not agree for the same, accused No.1 took her signatures on empty bank cheques and also kidnapped her child by threatening with dire consequences and doing prostitution with her forcibly with the active support of Accused Nos.2 to 4 since four years and failed to give any amount. As there is no other way, when she asked the amount, accused No.1 necked her out by keeping her bank empty cheques, ATM Card, Bank Book, Birth certificate of child and Aadhaar.
