The Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Dinhata Women Police Station Case No.44 of 2026 dated 08.04.2026 under Section 329(2)/115(2)/75(i) (ii)/76/3(5) of the Bharatiya Naya Sanhita, 2023 and corresponding to G.R. Case No.226 of 2026, pending before the Learned Sessions Judge, Cooch Behar. 2. Petitioner has filed the present case to seek anticipatory bail. 3. De facto complainant has been served by the jurisdictional Police Station. 4. Having heard the learned counsels for the respective parties including the state and having perused the C.D., I 2 find direct and convincing materials against the petitioner, which suggest about the serious criminal nature of conduct of him. 5.
