The petitioner prays for bail on the ground of parity. 2. It appears that out of seven FIR named accused, four have already been granted bail. One of the said accused persons is a juvenile and two are in custody. The petitioner is one of them. 3. The order for bail passed in respect of other co-accused persons have been placed before this Court. It appears that the order for bail in respect of the co-accused Sohel Hossain was allowed by the Court on 18th June, 2025 in CRM (M) 125 of 2025. 4. Charge-sheet has already been filed. 5. Learned advocate representing the State opposes the prayer for bail. 6. It has been submitted that the petitioner is one of the principal accused against whom the allegation has been made. 2

Upon hearing the submissions made on behalf of both the parties and on perusal of the documents placed before this Court it appears that charge-sheet in respect of the subject case has already been filed. Four of the accused are on bail. At this stage there may not be any requirement of any custodial interrogation. The trial will take some time to conclude. 8. As such, the prayer for bail of the petitioner stands allowed. 9. The petitioner, viz. Hong @ Sajidul Miah is released on bail of Rs. 20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand only) with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge Fast Track Court at Cooch Behar subject to the following conditions:- a. The petitioner shall appear before the learned Trial Court on every date of hearing until further order. b. The petitioner shall report to the I.C. once in a fortnight or as and when called for.
c. The petitioner shall not threaten, tamper or intimidate the complainant or members of the family in any manner whatsoever or commit similar offence in future. d. The petitioner shall not leave the jurisdiction of the concerned Police Station without taking the leave of the Court or until further order. e. The petitioner shall furnish the address where he is currently residing before the learned trial court and he
3 shall not leave the jurisdiction of the concerned Police Station without taking the leave of the Court or until further order. 10. In case the petitioner violates any of the above conditions, the learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel his bail without further reference to this Court. 11. Accordingly, CRM (M) 120 of 2026 is allowed. 12. Parties to act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 13.
