Mr. Ishaan Saha, learned Counsel appearing for the respondents/writ petitioners submits, written instructions sent by electronic mail, by Mr. Rahul Todi and Mrs. Sudha Todi addressed to their learned Advocate dated 9th July, 2026, that they do not wish to press the writ petition any further. 2. The written instructions of the respondents filed in Court today are kept with the record. 3. In that view of the matter, W.P.A. 2929 of 2026 shall stand dismissed as not pressed. 4. The impugned judgment and order holding that the writ petition was maintainable against the RP Goenka International School shall also stand set aside. 5. In view of the above, M.A.T. 841 of 2026 has become infructuous and disposed of accordingly. 2 6. In view of disposal of the appeal itself, the connected application being CAN 1 of 2026 shall also stand disposed of. 7. There will be no order as to costs. 8.
