Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that today (July 7, 2026) this matter was taken by the learned Debts Recovery Tribunal – II and the learned Tribunal has been pleased to fix the matter for hearing on July 17, 2026. In view thereof, the interim order passed on July 3, 2026 is extended till July 17, 2026 or until further order, whichever is earlier. 2 It is, however, made clear that the learned Tribunal shall be free to proceed in accordance with law without being influenced by the fact that this Court passed an interim order on July 3, 2026 and subsequently extended by this order. Since the learned Tribunal has fixed the hearing of the matter, CO 2121 of 2026 stands disposed of. Petitioners will be at liberty to pray for interim order before the learned Tribunal if the occasion so arises and if such a prayer is made, the opposite- parties shall be entitled to raise all objections against such prayer.
