Sl.8 08.07.2026 Court No.6 BP C.O. 2076 of 2026 Uttam Saha & Anr. -versus- Anirban Sarkar Mr. Shubham Gupta Mr. Md. Ayaan ..for the petitioners This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiffs praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court at Barasat, North 24 Parganas to dispose of Title Suit No. 1515 of 2025 expeditiously. From the order-sheets appended to this civil revisional application this Court finds that the suit is not yet ready for hearing as the same is still at the service returns stage. It further appears that an application for temporary injunction is pending. For such reason, this Court is not inclined to pass any direction for expeditious hearing of the suit at this stage. Accordingly, C.O. 2076 of 2026 stands disposed of. There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities. (Hiranmay Bhattacharyya, J.)
