The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submits that the entire amount of Rs.4,51,650/- is paid with additional amount of Rs.10,000/- and the same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the respondent. 2. The amount in deposit is ordered to be released in favour of the respondent/complainant, on proper identification.
