THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE V SRINIVAS SECOND APPEAL No:386 of 2000
JUDGMENT:
On perusal of the docket proceedings, it is noted that the matter has been adjourned on several occasions on the request made by the learned counsel for the appellant. On every occasion, the learned counsel for the appellant has sought time on one ground or another. On 16.07.2025, there was no representation on either side and on that day, the matter was directed to be posted to 06.08.2025 finally. On 06.08.2025, learned counsel for the respondents was present and sought time and therefore, the matter was
directed to be listed to today.
2. Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant as well as the respondents. It appears that the appellant is not evincing any interest to prosecute the appeal further.
3. Hence, the Second Appeal is dismissed for default. There shall be no
order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
