This is an application under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for quashing of the C.R. Case No.7726/2022 pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class-V, Kamrup (Metro) at Guwahati. 3. It is a case under the provisions of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. 4. The petitioner No. 2 has paid the entire cheque amount to the respondent. In this case, the petitioner No. 2 is advised to inform the trial court that he has already paid the entire amount.
