1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent-MCD to remove the encroachment on the public road/ public street carried out by the tenants of the petitioner on the back side, front side and collateral side of the property bearing no. D-10, Rana Pratap Bagh, Delhi.
2. Photographs have been filed along with the petition showing the unauthorized/ illegal encroachment.
3. Mr. Mukesh Gupta, counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent- MCD on advance notice submits that partial action has already been taken This is a digitally signed order.
