The petitioner is aggrieved that in contemplation of disciplinary proceedings, on the basis of a criminal case, he was suspended from service sometime in June, 2018. The petitioner’s grievance is that during the entire period, no subsistence allowance was received by him. Strangely enough, the application for subsistence allowance has been made only on June 1, 2026. 3. Mr. Chattopadhyay, learned Advocate appearing for the respondent authorities, submits that steps are being taken and the consideration is under process. 4. Let the representation of June 1, 2026 be considered in respect of the subsistence allowance by July 31, 2026. 2 5. The resultant order will be communicated to the petitioner at his address provided in the cause title of the writ petition. 6. With the aforestated directions, the writ petition is disposed of. 7.
