Issue writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ directing the respondent authorities to regularize the service of petitioner; 2. Issue writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ directing the Respondent Authorities to grant such arrears and service benefits consequential to regularization of service, from the date of completion of ten (10) years of service from the date of Appointment; 3. Issue such other writ, order or direction as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case, including costs, in the interest of justice and equity.” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for respondent Nos.1 to 4 and learned counsel for respondent No.5 and perused the material on record. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:18557 WP No. 10565 of 2026 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that his representation dated 25.05.2022 at Annexure - A submitted to the respondents has not been considered so far by respondents nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of present petition. 4. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, the respondents would consider and pass necessary order on the said representation. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the respondents are hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider his representation dated 25.05.2022 at Annexure - A and pass appropriate order bearing in mind the order passed by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court in WP.No.23097/2021 dated 07.06.2025 at Annexure - G and remaining documents at Annexures - B to F and H in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:18557 WP No. 10565 of 2026 6.
