Learned advocate for the alleged contemnors has placed a reasoned order dated January 29, 2026 passed by the alleged contemnor no. 1 in compliance of the judgment of this Court dated November 19, 2024. After hearing the submissions made on behalf of the parties and on perusal of the reasoned order dated January 29, 2026, this Court holds that 2 nothing further survives in this contempt proceeding as the direction of this Court has been complied with. Learned advocate for the petitioner also submits that, the petitioner has already preferred an appeal from the said reasoned order dated January 29, 2026 before the jurisdictional appellate authority and the same is pending. It is made clear that, this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case of the petitioner.
