By the present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “10.1 Issue an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus and quash the orders dated 13.10.2025 r/w. 26.11.2025 (Annexure P/1 (Colly.)), whereby the representation made by her has been rejected in an absolutely arbitrary and illegal manner. 10.2 Issue an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus and quash the order dated 08.06.2025 (Annexure P/2), posting her under the Policy of Rationalization by showing her to be posted as Lecturer (LB) - T Cadre, contrary to her being Lecturer (LB) -E Cadre, in utter violation to the mandates of the policy itself. 10.3 Issue an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus and direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue at the present place of posting as shown in the cause title above by declaring her not as a surplus candidate there in terms of meaning of the scheme of rationalization. 10.4 Grant any other relief, which is deemed fit in the circumstances of the case” 2. In the present petition, the relief sought by the petitioner i.e. Clause 10.2 is already the subject matter of consideration in WPS No. 7806/2025, filed by the petitioner. However, the 3 present writ petition has again been filed seeking the same relief. 3. In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
