Venugopal Rao, Senior counsel appearing vice Mr. Devi Subhashini Anne SC For Endowments Advocates for Respondents: GP for Endowments, Mr. Dharani Kumar B CORAM : THE CHIEF JUSTICE DHIRAJ SINGH THAKUR SRI JUSTICE R. RAGHUNANDAN RAO DATE : 12th February, 2026. P C : The present batch of Writ Appeals have been preferred against the common judgment and order, dated 04.09.2025, passed in W.P.No.28742 of 2024 and batch. 2. Learned counsel for the parties agree that the judgment and order passed by this Bench in W.A.Nos.1188 of 2025 and 1191 of 2025, is squarely applicable to this set of cases as well. 2 HCJ & RRRJ WA_8_2026 & batch 3. On a perusal of the judgment and order dated 13.11.2025, passed in W.A.Nos.1188 of 2025 and 1191 of 2025, and applying the same to the facts of the present cases, we are of the opinion that the issue is squarely covered by the said order. For facility of reference, the operative portion is reproduced hereunder: “12. For these reasons, the action taken by the Executive Officer of the appellant, is within his jurisdiction and the questions of fact raised in the Writ Petitions would have to be dealt with by the Endowment Tribunal. 13. Accordingly, both the Writ Appeals are allowed setting aside the order of the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.15005 of 2025, dated 21.11.2025, and the order in W.P.No.15006 of 2025, dated 21.08.2025.” 4. Accordingly, the present Writ Appeals are disposed of on similar lines. Registry to attach a copy of the order passed in W.A.Nos.1188 of 2025 and 1191 of 2025, to this order. No costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, in these cases, shall stand closed. DHIRAJ SINGH THAKUR, CJ. R. RAGHUNANDAN RAO, J. SSN
