Having considered that the petitioner and the other accused are on similar footing, petitioner be extended the same benefit and the petitioner, namely, Jahangir Alam be released on bail on same terms and conditions by the learned trial court as was imposed upon Dhananjoy Bhowmick @ Motabhai who has been granted bail in CRM(NDPS)550 of 2026. Thus, CRM(NDPS)1433 of 2026 is allowed.
