The petitioner has filed the present writ application challenging the order passed by the National Lok Adalat dated September 13, 2025 in Consumer Complaint no. DC/315/CC/148/2023 (Mr. Sekhar Pal vs. ICICI Bank Limited). 2. The petitioner is appearing in-person and submits that the Lok Adalat has passed the order without taking the signature of any of the party and as such the order is vague. The only grievance of the petitioner that the Lok Adalat has passed the order without taking the consent and without taking signatures of the parties in the impugned order. 3. The petitioner is given liberty to file a review application before the Natinal Lok Adalat to review of the order. 4. WPA 7409 of 2026 is disposed of. 5. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities. (Krishna Rao, J.)
