This application has been filed by the applicant/claimant praying for allowing the applicant to withdraw the deposited amount i.e., Rs.2,50,987/- which has been deposited by the respondent/appellant in connection with MAC Page No.# 2/2 Appeal No. 364/2022 on 23.05.2025 as a condition for stay of the execution of the impugned judgment and award. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the present applicant was the claimant in the MAC case in which the impugned judgment was passed. He submits that though the impugned judgment was passed on 06.01.2016, however, because of the filing of the connected appeal, he is unable to enjoy the fruits of the said judgment. 4. The learned counsel for the respondent/Insurance Company has not opposed the prayer. Hence, same is allowed. 5. The Registry is directed to disburse the amount of Rs.2,50,987/- which was deposited by the Insurance Company before the Registry of this Court on 23.05.2025 in connection with MAC Appeal No. 364/2022 to the present applicant/claimant after proper verification. 6.
