This bail application has been filed under Sections 483 and 484 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as the petitioner is in custody for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 65(1)/61(2), 75(2), 351(2) of BNS and under Section 4(2), 8 of the POCSO Act. 2. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. Prayer for bail of petitioner was earlier rejected. 4. The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner & other has committed rape of girls of 13 & 14 years. PW-2 is one of the victim. She has clearly stated that after administering some drink, she was subjected to rape by this petitioner. 5. Considering the said statement, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Sakchi P.S. Case No.169/2025 = Special POCSO Case No.81/2025, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, POCSO Act, Jamshedpur, stands rejected. 6. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
