In the index of the petition i.e. CWP-11483-2002, reference was made to CWP-10115-2002, which at that time was pending, however, during pendency of the present petition, stands disposed of vide judgment dated 26.09.2002, along with a batch of petitions with lead case bearing CWP-12377- 2002, titled as R.P. Gupta and Others vs. State of Haryana and Others, against which SLP filed by HSMITC was also dismissed on 16.03.2015. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that similarly situated employees had approached this Court by filing CWP-13001-2014 titled as Suresh Kumar Gupta vs. State of Haryana and Others, which was also disposed of vide judgment dated 06.05.2015 and stands implemented. 2.
