Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail but is unable to refute the contention that similarly placed accused person has been granted bail. In view of the locus of the present petitioner, I am inclined to extend the same benefit to the present petitioner. Having considered the same, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail on the same terms and conditions as Nripen Bairagi who was granted bail in CRM (NDPS) 1142 of 2026. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner [Chand Babu] is Allowed. 2 Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 1435 of 2026 is allowed.
