Neutral Citation 2026:JHHC:29100 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JHARKHAND AT RANCHI W.P. (Cr.) No. 312 of 2026 Amit Bansal @ Amit Kumar Bansal, R/o Mangalam Tower No. 12, Flat No. 1274, Tata kandra Main Road, Near Sudha Dairy, Adityapur, P.O. & P.S. Adityapur, Dist.- Seraikella- Kharsawan. --- --- Petitioner Versus 1. The State of Jharkhand. 2. The Dy. Superintendent of Police, Seraikella- Kharsawan. 3. The Superintendent of Police, Seraikella- Kharsawan 4. The Inspector cum Officer-in-Charge, Adityapur P.S., Seraikella- Kharsawan. --- --- Respondents --- CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE RONGON MUKHOPADHYAY --- For the Petitioner : Mr. Vishal Srivastava, Adv. For the State : Mrs. Sunita Kumari, AC to Sr. S.C.-II --- 02/28.09.2026 Heard Mr. Vishal Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to Sr. S.C.-II. In this writ application, the petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the respondents to comply with the order dated 11.09.2025 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Seraikella- Kharsawan in connection with Complaint Case No. 391/2024. It appears that the petitioner had instituted a complaint under Section 138 of the NI Act. After cognizance was taken, summons were issued upon accused Binod Kumar Saini and since he did not appear, non-bailable warrant of arrest has been issued against him which according to learned counsel for the petitioner is not being executed by the respondent nos. 2-4. Since the grievance of the petitioner can very well be redressed before the concerned court, this writ application accordingly stands disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned court for redressal of his grievance.
