This application, under Order 41 Rule 19 of the CPC, is preferred by the applicants for restoration of RSA No. 4/2010, by setting aside the order dated 07.03.2024, passed by this Court in RSA No. 4/2010. 3. Mr. Sarma, learned counsel for the applicants submits that the application for condonation of delay in preferring this restoration petition has already been allowed by this Court, and as such, this application may be allowed by restoring RSA No. 4/2010, by setting aside the order dated 07.03.2024, passed by this Court in RSA No. 4/2010. 4. Ms. Roy, learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that she has no objection in the event of allowing this application. 5. Considering the submissions of learned counsel for both the parties, and also considering the facts and circumstances on the record, this Court is inclined to allow this application. 6. Accordingly, the order dated 07.03.2024, passed by this Court in RSA No. 4/2010, stands recalled, and RSA No. 4/2010 be restored to file. 7.
