Item- 27. sg 08-07-2026 Ct. 6 CO 2147 of 2026 Mujibar Gain Versus Sahid Ali Gain & Anr. [ Ms. Priyanka Yadav …for the petitioner This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court at Barasat to dispose of the Title Suit No 70 of 2024, expeditiously. From the order-sheet appended to this application, this Court finds that the suit is not yet ready for hearing as the summons is yet to be served upon the defendant no.2. This Court also finds that 24th April, 2026 was fixed for service returns upon the defendant no.2. It appears to this Court that the suit is not ready for hearing and for such reason, this Court is not inclined to pass any direction for expeditious hearing of the suit at this stage. With the above observation, this civil revisional application stands disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requite formalities. (Hiranmay Bhattacharyya, J.)
