The instant petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 (earlier Section 439 Cr.P.C.), seeking grant of regular bail in case FIR No.0411 dated 15.11.2025, under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 109(1), 351(2) & 3(5) of BNS, 2023 corresponding to 323, 324, 307, 506 & 34 of IPC, registered at Police Station Jagadhri City, District Yamunanagar, Haryana. Petitioner is owner of Baba Foods Junction in City Yamuna Nagar and altercation arosed on a payment with the injured Jagrit @ Vibhu during which petitioner allegedly men handled and gave beatings and also, along with other co-accused Rohan Sardar etc. As per allegations, Petitioner brought a sword from the shop and gave a blow to the Jagrit @ Vibhu on his head. The present petition is disposed of with the observation that until injured Jagrit alias Vibhu and other material witnesses are examined, plea for bail would not be entertained. Petitioner may file afresh bail on examination of injured Jagrit @ Vibhu and the other material witnesses. It will be open for the petitioner to move an application for bail afresh. Accordingly, disposed of.
