This petition was listed before this Court on 23.06.2026. Although the sentence was suspended vide order dated 28.10.2025 and subsequently, the time granted for compliance was extended, the same has not been complied despite of extension of time. On the previous date of hearing, this Court granted one more opportunity and made it clear that if no representation was made on the next date of hearing, the petition would be dismissed, as the conditional order of this Court had not been complied with and the petition had not yet been - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:33166 CRL.RP No. 1569 of 2025 admitted. Despite the said order, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner today. 4. Having taken note of this order and also the fact that the learned counsel for the petitioner is not pursuing the matter and in view of non-compliance of the conditional order of this Court and the fact that the matter is also not yet admitted, this criminal revision petition is dismissed. 5. Learned counsel for the respondent has also filed an application for releasing of the amount which was deposited before the trial Court in terms of the order of the Appellate Court. In view of dismissal of this revision petition, the trial Court is directed to release the amount in favour of the respondent on proper identification.
