By presenting this writ petition grievance is expressed on behalf of the petitioner relating to manner of investigation being carried out by investigating agency in Malipanchghora Police Station Case No.90/2026 dated 11th April, 2026. 2. Taking note of the case made out in this writ petition vide order dated 10th June, 2026, this Court directed concerned police authorities to submit a report disclosing progress made in investigation. 3. Pursuant to the order dated 10th June, 2026 a communication dated 25th June, 2026 of Inspector- in-Charge, Malipanchghora Police Station is filed today and same is taken on record. Copies of the communication dated 25th June, 2026 are made over to the learned advocates representing the petitioner and respondent nos.6 & 7. 4. It is disclosed in the communication dated 25th June, 2026 that on concluding investigation charge-sheet was filed in connection with aforesaid criminal prosecution on 30th April, 2026 and cognizance of offence was taken by the court below. 5. In view of filing of charge-sheet and subsequent thereto court below has taken cognizance of offence, no further order need be passed on this writ petition and same stands disposed of. 6. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to approach jurisdictional Magistrate, if occasion so arises. 7. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings. (Saugata Bhattacharyya, J.) 2
