Though petitioner has questioned criminal prosecution being Baranagar Police Station Case No. 207 of 2026 dated 2nd June, 2026 but it is averred in paragraph 37 of the writ petition that pre-arrest bail application was filed before the District Judge Barasat and same is pending for adjudication. 3. Placing reliance on paragraph 33.16 of the judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court reported in (2021) 19 SCC 401 (M/s/ Neeharika Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. vs. State of Maharashtra and Ors.), Court is not inclined to interfere in this writ petition and same stands dismissed. 2 4.
