Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition is filed challenging the inaction of the respondents in not considering the petitioner’s application dated 05.05.2026 and in not mutating the petitioner’s name in the revenue records in respect of the subject land, despite submission of all requisite documents. Aggrieved by the said impugned action, the present writ petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents to mutate the petitioner’s name and issue IB Adangal, Pattadar Passbook, and Title Deed in her favour. 4. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents submits that the respondents will follow the due process of law. 4 5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondents are directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 05.05.2026 and mutate the name of the petitioner in the revenue records in respect of the subject land, and consequently issue IB Adangal, Pattadar Passbook, and Title Deed in favour of the petitioner, by following due process of law. 6. In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel, Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. _________________________ DR. Y.
