The learned Standing counsel appearing for the Endowments Department submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for any consideration, as the respondents have conceded in their counter that the fixation of age was erroneously printed. It is further submitted that, during the course of time, one S. Giridhar Sarma, who was holding the post of Paricharika, has been promoted to the post of Archaka in the year 2023, and that there are no vacant posts at present. It is also submitted that the petitioner No.1 has been accommodated as Paricharika on an outsourcing basis, considering his disability. 3. Recording the same, the present writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
