As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners on 07.04.2026, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'dismissal' today. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent/Bank submits that the Bank has conducted the auction and it has given the possession of the property to the auction purchaser and issued the sale certificate.
