For the de facto complainant. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there has been subsequent change of circumstances. As such, the petitioner may be released on bail. Additionally, it has been submitted that petitioner is in custody for more than 2 years 3 months. Learned advocate appearing for the victim/de facto complainant do not oppose the prayer for bail. Learned advocate appearing for the State, on the other hand, opposes the prayer for bail. I have taken into account the evidence which was deposed by the victim before the learned Trial Court. The same do not inspire this Court to release the petitioner on bail. As such, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. 2 Memo of Evidence submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. The application for bail, being CRM (M) 1163 of 2026, is, thus, dismissed. All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
