By way of present petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records of the case of the petitioner from the possession of respondents for its kind perusal. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents stop/cancelled giving Pension to Respondent no. 5 until the case is decided, 10.3 That, the rechecked all document submitted by the Res. No.5 and Recovers all benefits to res no. 5 which is got by authority like pension, allowances, arrears etc. 10.4 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly further be pleased to direct the respondents to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of one month. 10.5 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief/relief's in favour of the petitioners, which the Hon'ble Court deemed fit & just in the facts and circumstances of the case, including awarding of the costs to the petitioner.” 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's husband was appointed as a Teacher in the School Education Department on 05.11.1988. His last posting was as Head Master at Government Primary School, Suhagpur Nawagaon, District Mahasamund and retired from the said post on 31.08.2019. After his retirement, he was regularly drawing his 3 pension. Subsequently, he passed away on 04.03.2023, nearly four years after his retirement. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that there is a dispute regarding the payment of pension and other retiral dues between the petitioner and respondent No.5, therefore, he seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to raise grievance of the petitioner before the High Power Pension Redressal Committee. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents has not opposes the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. In view of the above, the office of the Advocate General is directed to send the case to the Committee and the petitioner as well as the respondent No.5 are directed to remain present before the said Committee on 11/08/2026. Thereafter, the Committee shall consider and pass a reasoned order within a further period of 3 months, in accordance with law, after affording proper opportunity of hearing to the parties. 5. The petitioner shall supply extra copy of the petition to learned counsel appearing for the respondents for forwarding the same to the Committee. 6.
