By this petition, petitioners are seeking direction upon respondents to conduct a fresh demarcation and verification of the State land, Kahcharai, Shamilat and Gair Mumkin Nallah at village Dooru, Tehsil Budgam, thereby identify and remove all illegal encroachments from the land supra. 02. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have already filed a representation before the Tehsildar-respondent No. 4, for removal of illegal encroachments made on the land supra, however, no action has been taken by the respondents till date. 03. Learned counsel for the petitioners’ states that the petitioners would feel satisfied if the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 4 to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 19.02.2025, within a reasonable period of time.
