ORAL ORDER The petitioner is before the court seeking the following prayer:
" To direct the XI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, at Bengaluru in C.C.No.55758/2021, to disposal the matter as earlier as possible without further delay within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court in the above petition and grant such other reliefs, in the above case."
2. The proceedings are of the year 2021 and are pending before the concerned Court for the last five years without any progress is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. A perusal at the order sheet appended to the petition would indicate the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. In that light, the concerned Court shall expeditiously dispose of the proceedings, at any rate, within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of copy of the order in accordance with law. Accordingly, petition stands disposed.
