No. 358 of 2023, expeditiously. The learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the SARFAESI application is pending from the year 2023. He further submits that several interlocutory applications are also pending. Heard the learned Advocate for the Bank. From the order-sheet appended to this application, this Court finds that next date has been fixed before the learned Debts Recovery Tribunal-III, Kolkata on 4th September, 2026. In the light of the submissions made by the learned Advocates for the respective parties, this civil revisional application stands disposed of by requesting the learned Debts Recovery Tribunal-III, Kolkata make all endeavour to dispose of all the interlocutory applications as expeditiously as possible and after disposal of the interlocutory applications, the learned Trial Judge shall make an endeavour to dispose of the SARFAESI application being S.A. No. 358 of 2023, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
