[ Mr. Santanu Maji Mr. Debdipto Banerjee Ms. Debrani Mondal …for the petitioners This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiffs praying for a direction upon the Learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Katwa, to dispose of the Title Suit No. 350 of 2022 expeditiously. The learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the regular Presiding Officer is available and there is a wrong recording in the order dated 4th June, 2026 wherein it has been recorded that that such date was fixed for SR. He submits that the suit is otherwise ready for hearing as the summons of the suit has been duly served upon the defendants. He submits that the petition dated 5th February, 2025 was filed by the petitioners praying for implementation of the order dated 14th November, 2024. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to serve notice upon the opposite parties. However the learned Advocate-on-Record for the petitioners shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with a server copy of this order to the opposite parties forthwith. In the light of the submission made by the learned Advocate for the petitioners, this civil revisional application stands disposed of by requesting the Learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Katwa to take up the hearing of the application dated 5th February, 2025 on the next date fixed on 3rd August, 2026, if the same is otherwise ready for hearing and to make all endeavour to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. After disposal of the said interlocutory application, the Learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Katwa shall make all endeavour to dispose of the Title Suit No. 350 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
