Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been implicated on the basis of statement of co-accused and there has been no recovery from the present petitioner. The subject-matter of the case, according to the petitioner, relates to alleged seizure of 2000 ampules of Buprenorphine injection. It has also been contended that charges have been framed in the present case. Learned advocate appearing for the State, on the other hand, opposes the prayer for bail and submits that prosecution case is that three accused persons as partners were carrying out the business. There are CDRs available, but the examination report of the CDRs from the expert authorities is yet to be received which will be submitted by way of supplementary affidavit. 2 Having considered the foundation of the prosecution case, at this stage, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. As such, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. Petitioner will renew his prayer for bail after a period of three months. The application for bail, being CRM (NDPS) 1404 of 2026, is, thus, dismissed. All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
