The instant writ petition is under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus commanding upon the respondents to find out and bring the body of Chotu Kumar Paswan, the son of the petitioner. 2. The case was heard by this Court on 18.08.2026, and on that date, 2026:JHHC:28637-DB the State was directed to file counter affidavit. The same has been filed. 3. The corpus is present in the Court and has stated that he has solemnized the marriage with one Laxmi Kumari D/O Bishundev Paswan and is now living his marital life with her in Navi Mumbai. 4. Mr. Shadab Eqbal, learned counsel for the petitioner, based upon the fact that the corpus is present, has submitted that he is not pressing the instant writ petition. 5.
