Hon’ble Mr. Justice Amitendra Kishore Prasad Order on Board 10/07/2026 1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “10.1. Issue an appropriate writ, order, or direction, particularly in the nature of Mandamus, directing the respondent authorities to carry out demarcation of the Petitioners' land situated at Village Kevtara, P.H. No. 048, R.I. Circle Masturi, Tehsil Pachpedi (formerly Masturi), District Bilaspur (C.G.), bearing Khasra No. 68/2 admeasuring 0.02 acre and Khasra No. 68/4 admeasuring 0.05 acre, total admeasuring 0.07 acre, within a time-bound period; 10.2. Issue an appropriate writ, order, or direction directing the respondent authorities to consider and decide the the representations/applications submitted by Petitioners for demarcation of the aforesaid land in accordance with law and within a stipulated time frame; 10.3. Grant any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not 3 challenging any particular order but is seeking a direction from this Court to the concerned respondent authorities, to conduct the demarcation of the petitioner’s land situated at Village- Kevtara, P.H.No. 048, R.I. Circle Masturi, Tahsil- Pachpedi (formerly Masturi), District-Bilaspur, C.G. bearing Khasra No. 68/2 admesaruing 0.02 acre and Khasra No. 68/4 admeasuring 0.05 acre within a time frame fixed by this Court. 3. Learned counsel for State submits that in view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for petitioner seeking direction to respondent-authorities to conduct the demarcation of the petitioner’s land situated at Village- Kevtara, P.H.No. 048, R.I. Circle Masturi, Tahsil- Pachpedi (formerly Masturi), District- Bilaspur, C.G. bearing Khasra No. 68/2 admesaruing 0.02 acre and Khasra No. 68/4 admeasuring 0.05 acre, he is having no objection to the limited prayer. 4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case instead of keeping this petition pending, I find it appropriate to dispose of the same at this stage directing the concerned respondent authorities to conduct the demarcation of the petitioner’s land situated at Village- Kevtara, P.H.No. 048, R.I. Circle Masturi, Tahsil- Pachpedi (formerly Masturi), District-Bilaspur, C.G. bearing Khasra No. 68/2 admesaruing 0.02 acre and Khasra No. 68/4 admeasuring 0.05 acre after rainy season. 4 6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed anything on the merits of the case. 7. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
