Having taken note of the averments made in the representation at Annexure-E would indicate that the petitioner has sought for change of khata in respect of the land in question in terms of the grant certificate dated 10.06.1945. 3. In that view of the matter, the petitioner has slept over the matter for more than seven decades and right now seeking the khata to be changed in his favour in terms of Annexure-A and the same cannot be accepted.
