Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits petitioner is in custody for 10 months. Charge sheet has already been submitted as such the petitioner may be released on bail. Learned advocate for the State, on the other hand, has referred to the materials available in the case diary which prima facie reflect that the victim gave birth to a child and petitioner has been made responsible for the same. Having considered the totality of the circumstances and the fact that till date witness action has not commenced, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail at this stage. 2 Petitioner will renew his prayer for bail after the evidence of the victim is over. Consequently, CRM (M) 2836 of 2025 is dismissed. Report submitted by the State be kept with the record. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
